Refund policy

Ready-to-paint kits — 30 days

If a kit isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. We just ask that it comes back unopened, with the paint pots and canvas still sealed — once a kit has been started, we can't pass it on to the next painter.

Please write your Order ID on the second line of the address so we can match the package to your order. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Once the kit reaches us, your refund goes back to the original payment method within a few business days.

Custom canvases from your photo — not returnable

A Custom Paint by Numbers canvas is made one at a time, from the photo you send us. Your image is traced, numbered, and printed for you and no one else, so there's nothing for us to restock — which is why custom orders can't be returned or refunded once we've begun production.

We'd much rather get it right the first time than have you disappointed. The sizing and photo notes on the product page will tell you what works best, and if you're at all unsure whether your picture will translate well, email us at support@ledgebay.com before you order and we'll take a look for you.

If something arrives damaged or incomplete

This is separate from returns, and it covers custom canvases too. If your canvas arrives creased or damaged in transit, or a paint pot is missing or has dried out, email support@ledgebay.com within 30 days with a photo of the problem and we'll put it right. You won't need to mail anything back.
