Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Everything leaves from our shop in O'Fallon, Missouri.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $5.95 on orders under $40. Orders of $40 or more ship free, and that applies to the whole order, so a kit and a spare paint set together will usually get you there.

How long it takes

We pack and dispatch every order within 2 business days — custom canvases included, same as a ready-to-paint kit — and delivery takes another 3–5 business days after that. Most orders are on the doorstep inside a week.

If you're painting toward a birthday or an anniversary, give yourself a little room. And if the date is tight, email support@ledgebay.com before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number goes out by email the moment your parcel leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within a few days of the estimate, email support@ledgebay.com and we'll chase it for you.

If it arrives damaged

Email support@ledgebay.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll put it right. Our refund policy has the full detail.
